Spicy Teriyaki sausage kebabs
Ingredients for 4 portions:For the sausage kebabs:
4 grilling sausages
2 red peppers
2 small red onions
For the marinade:
3-4 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. curry powder
For the dip:
250 g quark
3 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
1-2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground coriander
2 tbsp. continental parsley
Cut the sausage into slices. Halve the peppers, then clean, wash and cut them into pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into strips. Put the sausage, pepper and onion strips alternately onto the skewers.
For the marinade, mix together the Teriyaki Marinade, maple syrup and curry powder, brush it onto the kebabs and cook them for approx. 10 minutes on the barbecue.
For the dip, mix together the Teriyaki Marinade, curry powder, coriander and parsley and serve with the sausage kebabs
