Rice paper wrap is a translucent white, thin round sheet mainly made from rice flour. It is traditionally used for the preparation of popular Asian snacks – spring rolls, wrapping the selected ingredients in rice paper. Preparation suggestion: 1. Place the rice paper in hot water until it becomes soft and bends easily (approx. 10-15 sec.). 2. Remove the rice paper from the water and place it on a dry board. 3. Place the filling in the middle of the rice paper. 4. Fold over the bottom edge and side edges. 5. Roll up so that a neat roll is formed. Recommendation for the filling (for 12 rolls): mix 30 g of cooked rice noodles with 10 chopped iceberg lettuce leaves, 2 packets of cooked shrimp, 2 sliced avocados, a handful of chopped mint and coriander. Use Blue Dragon Hoi Sin Sauce as a dip. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator in a closed container and use within a month. About 15-17 rice paper sheets per package.
