The highest quality medium grain sushi rice Nishiki. Cooking advice: the rice must be rinsed and drained several times before cooking. Put 1,25 cups of rice and 1 cup of water in a medium-sized pot. Boil. Then put the lid on and cook for 20 minutes on a low flame or until all the moisture has been absorbed. Remove from the stove, let sit covered for 10 minutes before serving. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Use as soon as possible after opening.
